Good value for money! We loved the intimate layout, the cottages were cosy, we mostly had the place to ourselves. Beautiful pool, I wish we had time to use it. The sole staff member spoke good English and was friendly and accommodating 😊

The Superior Triple Room was spacious enough for our group and provided a comfortable base for our adventures. The pool area is quite nice, with a serene spot to unwind after a long day of exploration.
The breakfast selection was limited, with small portions and not much variety. We also had issues with the shower in our Superior Bungalow. It was inconsistent, alternating between scalding hot and ice cold. The local beach wasn't excellent either, marred by trash .

The receptionist helped me with my suitcase when I arrived, which was a really nice touch after a long trip. I enjoyed relaxing by the lovely outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace was a great spot to unwind. Just a heads up, some facilities weren't open but it didn't spoil my experience at all! 😊

More pros than cons, but still.
The expansive pool and serene tropical garden created a haven for relaxation, complemented by friendly staff who assisted with local tours and transportation.
Limited dining choices available around the hotel made exploring a bit challenging since taxis were often necessary for outings.

The king room with garden view was spotlessly clean and daily supplied with coffee and bottled water. The pool was fine, and we loved the helpful reception staff who spoke great english. The tranquil location is a perfect escape from busy city life.

The stay at Island Lodge was truly memorable. I truly enjoyed the hotel. - It was fairly clean with a good and incredible location close to most restaurants. - the most beautiful beaches like Starfish Beach, Vung Bau, or Duong Dong were nearby. - the food was cheap. - the staff was really kind.

The rooms at Island Lodge Phu Quoc are air-conditioned and have free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected and comfortable during our stay. We loved the premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces in the rooms, allowing us to relax and get work done easily. The bathrooms were modern and well-appointed, with rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries for a luxurious experience. Some rooms even came with a kitchen, complete with a stovetop, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. The double room we stayed in had a balcony, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker, adding a nice touch to our mornings. The bungalow had a private entrance and a tile/marble floor, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay.
Personally, I found the partially open bathrooms with showers a bit inconvenient, but others might appreciate the unique design.
